Hahaha..... I should have updated this blog more often, I should have write more than usual, I should have taken care this much. I am not sure how this blog has page rank 1 where in fact my last post was September 2014 and that I do not update this. Hmmm, just wondering. And now, welcome 2015!!! More posts please ;)

Wondering what is meant by "bangihan"? It's a deep tagalog word for ihawan ;-) in Kapampangan naman, it's called ningnangan.

Bangihan ni Kuya is a restaurant located in Candelaria Quezon province. It's along the hiway - not by the main road or national hiway but on the diversion road - and is still very accessible. We had our birthdays treat there, at first we thought of doing it in Shakeys or Pizza Hut, but I knew that my father will not enjoy the pizza and pasta alone so we changed our mind and had it to Bangihan ni Kuya instead. So right after mass that we attended at BVMQW, we went to the resto for lunch. Bangihan ni Kuya has almost 10 shacks where they serve foods with. When we were seated, the staff handed us the menu in which food prices vary from 200 to 500, typical Pinoy foods that we know of. We ordered sinigang na salmon, ginataang kalabaw (because I am sure tatay will surely love it and he did! Sya nakaubos), ginataang mixed seafoods and crispy pata. Did not order that much, wala na ko maisip na masarap and besides, we might not consume them all like what happened in Old San Juan (oh and I haven't posted it yet here). Total amount we paid was Php1,570.00 - 4 viands + 12 rice + 1L of sprite. Still very affordable.

And here's my family who enjoyed lunch together especially tatay who ate the whole serving of ginataang kalabaw hehe... Missing my husband here and our brother Aris.

 

Bangihan ni Kuya is not fully developed yet, there is this construction in progress that looks like a function hall. But in totality, this is a restaurant that is also worth visiting for in the South.

JIJF Lutong Bahay ni Inay - Home of Yummiliciuos Crispy Pata in Candelaria

Flashback to October 2014... In the nook of a subdivision in Candelaria province of Quezon a home is built and turned into a restaurant serving the best tasting crispy pata. It was the best and yummiest crispy pata I've ever had. I forgot to post about it, thank you facebook for reminding me. Here's our photo at Lutong Bahay ni Inay.

 

 Crispy Pata seemed like boneless and very crispy. If my memory serves me right, it costs around Php400. But the price is worth it. So try it!

Going Back

Am I that too busy to forget Mind Speaks? :( I didn't even post something on here since when? Oh so sorry. So many things had happened and it's hard to go back. I have a main blog which I make sure I update regularly, so might as well check on it and see if you can find something interesting. This is the I Just Opine. And this is already 6 years old ;) Imagine that! I get to keep it for long, my online diary.

Perhaps I would need to change my niche, what about making this blog as the trending blog, I mean posting topics that are trending, or videos right? Hmmm.... But I need time, a lot of time to maintain this, as well as the I Just Opine and Bloma I Am the Mama.

Meantime, let this post be the first 2014 post. :D
